For issues between Postdoctoral Society members or members of the College community, or of conduct at Postdoctoral Society events, members can direct their concerns to the Fellow for Postdoctoral Affairs. The Fellow for Postdoctoral Affairs will typically speak with the parties involved independently, and may request written accounts of any grievance. In exceptional circumstances, as a result of these consultations the Fellow for Postdoctoral Affairs may advise the Senior Tutor or the Dean of College to have the membership(s) of the relevant parties revoked with immediate effect by the College Council, to whom the decision may be appealed.
