Film Club Screening: “4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days” by Cristian Mungiu

Title: 4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days (4 luni, 3 saptamâni si 2 zile) by Cristian Mungiu
It tells the story of two students, roommates in a university dormitory, who try to procure an illegal abortion. Inspired by an anecdote from the period of Communist Romania in the 1980s and the general social historic context, it depicts the loyalty of the two friends and the struggles they face.

New members are also cordially invited to join in and we will meet up with you five minutes before the official starting time in front of the Great Gate for all those who don’t have their cards yet and don’t know where the venue is.
