DESCRIPTION:For the monthly Family Lunch\, up to 20 spaces have been made available to members of the Postdoc Society and their immediate families (partner of member + immediate dependents only*). \nDate: December 7 2024 \nTime: Lunch hours (posted in servery each week) \nSign up: RSVP link will be sent out in weekly newsletter a week prior to the event \nDetails: \n\nLunch should be picked up through the servery and paid for in the usual way.\nPlease note that Postdocs Society members must accompany their family members at all times and are responsible for them.\nPlease enter one attendee name per row (e.g. 1 Postdoc member plus 1 partner plus 1 child is 3 attendees total\, so 3 rows must be filled out). There are 20 places available in total.\nBabes-in-arms do not need to be signed up.\n\n* Note: extended family or guests may only be included with written permission from the Fellow for Postdoctoral Affairs\, and will count towards the total of 20 guests.
