DESCRIPTION:“Crafting Your Entrepreneurial Vision”- Dr. Venkat Daramalla\, Senior Research Scientist\, CPI-UK and Ex-Research Associate (2020-2023)\, Cavendish Laboratory\, University of Cambridge \nVenkat will talk about “Entrepreneurship” because it is a word that seems familiar to everyone but is very often misunderstood or not implemented and practiced well into our day-to-day academic R&D lifestyle. Whereas the enterprise and tech eco-system across the globe are rapidly progressing and opening unique opportunities as well as challenges to the conventional academic R&D philosophy and career progress. \n“Gender Equality: A Distant Dream?”- Dr. Maryam Tanwir\, CEO\, Unlearning \nMaryam is the CEO of the company of Unlearning. She has an MPhil and PhD from the University of Cambridge. Maryam will talk about gender equality and its challenges. To move the needle to a more gender equal society\, initiating awareness of the phenomenon is the first step to correct this misperception.
